Helados Mexico frozen delights begin in fields filled
with sunlight. Once picked, these fresh fruits and
other natural flavor ingredients are shipped fresh
and whole, every day, to be prepared at the Tropicale
facility in Chino, California.
The fruit is prepared by hand. Some fruits, like limes,
are sliced and crushed to squeeze out all their sweet,
natural juices.
Other, more delicate fruits, like strawberries, are
delivered fresh from the fields to be cleaned, chopped
by hand and added to the cream for blending.
Cucumbers and Chile, one of our more exotic flavors,
is made from soaked, peeled, fresh-cut cucumbers and
peppers shipped here from Mexico. The ingredients
are then blended into the rich cream mixture to deliver
amazingly fresh taste.
At Tropicale, we only use real milks and creams for
our paletas. Oh, and they’re never air whipped
for mass production like other paleta pretenders.
Gentle blending preserves the traditional velvety
texture and unmatched taste of Helados products.
